Ensightful is always free for learners. Many of them are already financially stressed out and our preference is to have educators pay out of their classroom budget or ask their department to pay for the pilot. This way, we can alleviate further financial pressure and ensure all learners can participate equally.
Ensightful handles invoicing and payment via Stripe and accepts all major credit cards.

For our pilot and enterprise users, a dedicated customer success agent will help you implement, onboard learners, and be your first point of contact for any questions or troubleshooting.
We understand that there will some movements in the roster before add/drop dates and getting additional budget could be time consuming. Hence, additional learner accouts on Ensightful are always free. If you roster has been reduced, we would glady offer you a refund or credit towards your next course. Yes! If you have multiple educators in one course, they can all be invited to your Ensightful project for free.
As long as you don’t need another Ensightful project, there are no time or term limits for your project. For example, if your capstone or research course lasts for two consecutive semesters, you only need to pay once.
We have tutorial videos to onboard eduators and learners. We also have one-pagers, checklists, and templates that educators can use to easily implement and introduce Ensightful.
